In the year 2000 the former IT business owner went public with his own IT company on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. After restructuring and his exit from his former company, he worked as a strategic advisor and investor in the private equity sector as well as capital market transactions such as IPO’s, Reverse Mergers, Buy-outs and Mergers & Acquisitions. The group is also involved as an investor in growth market companies in various fields.
